Right, I'm going to set up Picassa, so wait for that on the picture front!

In other news, yesterday was a neede rest day. Pottered around with James and the girls, went to a sports depot and bought protein powder with glusocamine (needed, our joints are taking a battering) and a farmer's market/petting zoo.

Then BEACH and BBQ!

Ah, this is the life.

Okay, I've added a picture of the cliffs at Odo beach because they're cool. Man, the sunset, Greg would have loved it with his high power camera, so beautiful.

Today we went training at 6.20am. Mile and a half run round the Budokan, then 2 sets of resisted running, really feeling the power increase in my legs. Then 10 Pull up, 10 chin ups, then 5 pull ups, 4 chin ups.

Hanging leg raises, managed 8.

Push back sit ups, 50.

Thn fartlek'd back to the car, that was hard.

Now all chilled, going to grab another protein shake and head on out for some adventuring!
