Ireland

Training has been going good, sort of.
Been unable to do any grappling training due to the slightest contact with my elbow causing major, major pain. But have trained with weights and been boxing most mornings with Frazer. Foot work has improved as has thoughts of entry points.
Was attempting to bulk up and managed to lose half a stone, but gained muscle on shoulders and chest, so humm.... Low rep, heavy weights at max speed does seem to work for me though, so we will maintain this.

Currently in Ireland so eating loads and chilling. Training is going to be isometrics, stretching and pushups and bodyweight squats.
Started off doing five sets of 20, then next day 6 sets of twenty. Going to add a set each day till I hit two hundred.

Otherwise, life is life. Reading a good book, sorting out shit for work. My Great Aunt in Harlesden is fairly sick, so will have to visit her when I get back. She's on my Grandad's side, and just about all of them hit high nineties. She's currently 99...
Hope I see her before it's too late.
